One of the company core capabilities, which provide 24/7 services to all customers with a team of 21 Biomedical Engineers and 4 IT Engineers, organized and qualified, follow strictly a defined methodology and best practice set by various principles while performing preventive, routine and scheduled maintenance. Further, a quality control procedure is followed in the repair process set for different equipment.

Our Service & IT Department cover all Turkey Hospitals through 2 major workshops, equipped as per international standards of our manufacturing business partners.

Duties:

  • Consultation and integration of medical solution.
  • Planning and equipping.
  • Installation and operation of all new equipment.
  • PM for all equipment under warranty or service contract.
  • Follow up on all service call.
  • Support to sales department during promotional activities (Fairs, Symposiums).
  • Clinical support and Training for medical staff.
  • Complete turnkey projects
